product tree list

Hi.

I have a customer which have a web application. In this application there is a tree list to the left as a menu. They have added products to different
entries in the tree list.
they have 25 entries at the first level, and on the second level they have between 1 and 30 entries (submenues) where they have added products to.
Now they want to have a proposal for an app.
Do anybody have a idea on how to change these menu structure to something that could be used on an phone? I am open for suggestions.
