LongRange - Signature

I have a third party company (Mincron) that develop an app using your product. We had loaded the app on the tablet and are using it. On one of the screens there is a spot for a signature to be received. When the individual signs the box. It does not come out clear weather they use a stylus or finger. Is this an issue with the way they developed the app, a issue with the longrange app, or device specific. Have you had anyone else ask about this type of issue. Do you have any recommendations of what type of table works the best with LongRange. We have tried an Acer Iconia 7 and a Samsung Tab A and we do not get a good quality signature.

Can you please give us more details about what "not clear" means? Does that means that the stroke is too thin or too big so that it looks not clear?

It would be good if you can provide a screenshot to us.
