New iOS client is available on App Store

Enhancements:
- Navigation bar can be enabled on WebView (Back, Forward, Reload buttons)
- Datepicker now can either show standard iOS datepicker or calendar.
- Borderless textboxes.
- On About screen, touching the "Software Vendor" value will reveal the actual CIK used in the schema.

Bug fixes for this version:
- Debug mode now works correctly - session does not timeout anymore when debug mode is ON.
- Number pad on iPhone now includes decimal point when data type is set to NUMBER (TextBox)
- Keyboard on iPad now shows numbers when data type is set to NUMBER (TextBox)
- 'AllowDuplicates' property for barcode scanner now works correctly (stops duplicates when set to FALSE)
