COBOL and LongRange

Got this question today : Can LongRange be used with COBOL or is it only RPG ? I believe the answer is Yes. Has anyone actually tried this yet? Are there any examples?

No one has tried it officially - but we know of no reason why it would not work.
As soon we can get to it we will officially vet it and post some COBOL examples.
Note: You would expect this is about new COBOL coding more than about reusing old COBOL 5250 UI code I think.
