Menu keep disappearing

Hi
My left menu keep disappearing. Is there a way so the user can control if they want the left menu disappering or not?

The menu used to always display on the left on tablet devices. LongRange was changed so that the menu disappears when you use it - to free up more of the screen for viewing. This was a heavily requested change by customers.
To get the menu to display over the current screen:
- Touch the Menu button top left.
- Or, swipe right or left on the current screen to cause the menu to fly into and out of view.
