Auto-Configuring LongRange from a URL

You can now auto-configure LongRange servers from a URL received in an email, and SMS or accessed from a web page. This reduces the probability of end users making configuration mistakes. See the guide for an example of HTML page that an end user can use to install and configure LongRange on their device in 3 or 4 screen touches.

You can use the attached html page to help building such URL.
1. Type the desired values into the input fields and click Make URL. The URL should appear in the Auto Configure Profile URL box.
2. Optionally append as many profiles to the URL as you wish.
3. Copy the Auto Configure Profile URL to send in an email or SMS.

I like the idea of auto-configuring Longrange from an URL. Great when testing on multiple devices and quickly built with this page. Just one point to be able to specify an IBM i password, you must slightly change the htm page replacing the id associated to "Ibm i password" by ibmipwd.
