Debug

In the Longrange LANSA Tutorial there is a section debugging that contains the section.
Step 8. On your device, in Longrange, under settings, --> Development -->Visual LANSA
Enter the IDE Computer ip address that you wrote down into Debug Host.
Enter the dedicated debug port that you wrote down into Debug Port.
Exit settings.
I don't have a 'Visual Lansa' section under Development.
How do I enable this?
The runtime version is 15.
I now see that v16 is required. Is this available soon?
