In a form view template or ECL script, is it possible to know if the mobile device is currently in Airplane mode?
Regards,

Do you mean airplane mode (as in the user has flicked the Settings switch to Airplane mode on) or just whether any internet connection exists at this moment?

Sorry Yann - I could not resist this one.
Q: How can you tell if your device is in airplane mode?
A: Throw it as high as you can into the air.
If it is in airplane mode it will sprout wings and fly – like this:

If it crashes back to earth like this – then it is not in airplane mode.

Mark, if you don't mind, I will try your last suggestion later
A better question could be: "In a form view template or ECL script, how can we test that we can currently reach the LongRange server?"

No easy way to do that right now.
We'll add a function to do that in the next release.
