U_BIF984 missing after upgrade from V14 SP1 to V14 SP2

LANSA Product center is currently working on it.
The solution LPC is looking at is to put the runtime BIF in the data library or the partition library.
BIF is available (for download), please contact the respective support team for details.
Alternatively, customers can perform the LR imports again or restore the BIF from backup.
