End of further development on Windows Mobile

Microsoft will end support for Windows Mobile, so After RV35, no further development or enhancements for LongRange/LANSA Mobile on Windows Mobile. Fixes will be provided for confirmed defects at RV35 level for existing Windows Mobile users.
It's only the Windows Mobile platform (Windows Phone) that is affected. After RV35, any new development in LongRange/LANSA Mobile for Windows will only be applicable to desktop and tablet.
