DO NOT UPGRADE to iOS 13

Worldwide users who upgraded to iOS13 have reported various issues. You can read more here.

LongRange is also affected by these upgrade issues. LongRange customers have reported random crashes. Our testing indicates that the existing RV35 version of LongRange functions abnormally with iOS13.
We are investigating the issues affecting LongRange as highest priority and we are also monitoring the information being provided by Apple. If necessary, we will submit a new version to adapt to iOS13 as soon as possible.
LANSA’s advice is to not upgrade to iOS13 at this time.
