Revised RV15 (RV15-R2) is now on iOS App Store

Issues addressed in this release:

• Shared-state values not sent to the server program on first interaction with the server.
• ‘System.Geo’ fails to return coordinate
• Placeholder does not show for element ‘DATETIME’
• Web View and Document Library do not show their titles
• Command texts (primary command area) can sometimes appear too small (incorrectly).
• Disabled button still triggers ‘OnClick’ event
• ‘TextAlign’ property does not work for ‘TextBox’
• LongRange intermittent crash when using Map element - only on iOS 7.0.3.
