Specifying maximum recording duration

In RV18, you can now specify a maximum recording duration (VoiceClip element, JavaScript API).
Consider setting this limit to stop end-user from accidentally recording a very long clip.

This is supported as well in JavaScript API, as "duration" property in the option object.
