I have been told that HTML->PDF is easy on IIS?
There seem to be tools to do this available as well.
If your reports were PDF documents it would be a much simpler problem?

Thanks for the suggestions, but since this is an existing report we'll probably do something mundane like just deploy it to a public (albeit not publicly known) server so that we can present it in a WebView.
